I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana and Illinois with a decade of experience. My journey began in 2009 as a psychiatric case manager, fueling my passion for supporting individuals. As a Certified Case Manager and doctoral student specializing in Moral Injury, I create a safe space for you to share without judgment. I help clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, low motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression, focusing on healing from traumatic illnesses. Taking this step shows courage, and I commend you. I'm here as your dedicated support. Our first session will build a foundation for your healing. I treat clients as valued guests, aiming for a satisfying experience. We'll discuss your goals, needs, and desired support, leveraging your strengths. My tailored approach uses Solution Focused Brief Therapy and TCM (brain-based trauma healing), along with mindfulness, motivational interviewing, meditation, and journaling.
