Meet Ellen
My approach to therapy is collaborative, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore, understand, and process their emotions and experiences. I work with individuals aged 18 and older, focusing on anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also have a special interest in addressing self-esteem issues and women's issues. Together, we work to identify and change patterns in relationships, behavior, and thought that are no longer serving them. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). These approaches help clients develop healthier coping strategies for managing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and the challenges that come with life transitions. My goal is to support individuals in navigating life's ups and downs with self-compassion, courage, and openness, empowering them to create lasting change and find greater fulfillment in their lives and relationships.
