My focus is to help clients navigate anxiety, stress, and life transitions with confidence and self-awareness. I work with children, teens, and adults facing challenges such as work-related stress, career transitions, low self-esteem, and anxiety, including panic attacks, social anxiety, and phobias. Using a strengths-based and client-centered approach, I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, play therapy, and art therapy to create a supportive environment where clients can explore emotions, build coping skills, and feel empowered in their personal growth. I believe therapy is a collaborative process rooted in warmth, openness, and trust.
