Meet Earnell
My focus is to help individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges such as trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, and co-occurring disorders. I also have a passion for supporting couples through marital counseling and pre-marital counseling, creating space to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and foster deeper connection. My goal is to provide a safe, collaborative environment where healing and growth feel possible, while also encouraging accountability and meaningful change. I use an integrative and goal-oriented approach tailored to each person’s needs. This may include EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, or Gottman Method techniques in couples work. I believe therapy is most effective when it blends evidence-based practices with compassion and honesty, helping clients step out of their comfort zone while feeling supported. Whether you are working through trauma, relationship challenges, or the weight of anxiety and depression, my aim is to walk alongside you as you find clarity, healing, and resilience.
