My focus is to provide a safe, collaborative space where individuals can explore challenges, build resilience, and move toward healing and growth. I specialize in supporting clients experiencing depression, ADHD, grief, relationship challenges, and career transitions. I believe that people have the ability to heal themselves when given the right tools, guidance, and a nonjudgmental environment to process and grow. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Mindfulness practices. With advanced training in grief treatment, ADHD, anger management, and reality therapy, I tailor each plan to meet the unique needs of my clients. My goal is to empower individuals to gain clarity, strengthen self-awareness, and create lasting change in their lives.
