Meet Daniel
In a world that often pressures individuals to conform to societal norms, I believe in the transformative power of embracing one’s authentic self. With a compassionate and holistic approach, I guide my clients toward self-discovery and acceptance, challenging the limitations imposed by today’s culture. My therapeutic style is rooted in person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and reality therapy methodologies, allowing for a versatile and individualized experience. I have worked with a diverse range of clients, from frustrated suburban parents to individuals navigating the complexities of homelessness and serious mood disorders like schizophrenia. Focusing on empowering clients to uncover their true identities, I specialize in addressing a variety of issues, including adolescent and teen challenges, alcoholism, addiction, and gender and sexual identity exploration. Additionally, I provide support for individuals facing bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and antisocial personality disorder, among many other mental health challenges. Through collaboration and empathy, I strive to create a safe space where each client can be seen and heard without judgment. Together, we can embark on a journey toward discovering the self that lies beyond societal expectations.
