Meet Daniel
In a world that often pressures individuals to conform, I believe in the transformative power of embracing one’s authentic self. My therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and reality therapy methodologies, allowing for a flexible, individualized experience that meets clients where they are. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults navigating challenges such as addiction, alcoholism, gender and sexual identity exploration, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, antisocial personality disorder, and serious mood disorders like schizophrenia. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients from frustrated suburban parents to individuals experiencing homelessness, bringing a compassionate, holistic lens to every session. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to uncover their true identities. Through collaboration and empathy, we work together to challenge cultural limitations and foster meaningful, lasting change.
