Meet Daniel
My focus is supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, psychotic disorders, self-harm behaviors, and LGBTQ+–related concerns with compassion and cultural sensitivity. My experience spans inpatient care, long-term case management, and community-based programs, which shaped my understanding of both crisis stabilization and ongoing therapeutic support. I am committed to creating an affirming, trauma-informed space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to address relationship challenges, boundaries, communication patterns, and emotional regulation. My approach is integrative and collaborative, recognizing that no single modality fits every individual. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, solution-focused techniques, family systems work, and trauma-informed care to tailor treatment to each client’s needs. Through empathy, skill-building, and thoughtful challenge, I help clients develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and make meaningful, sustainable changes in their daily lives.
