My focus is to provide supportive, collaborative care for individuals navigating anxiety, social anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, and the lasting impact of childhood trauma. I value creating a space where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences, exploring challenges, and working toward meaningful personal growth. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I frequently work with adolescents and young adults as they navigate life transitions, emotional development, and increasing independence. Therapy is guided by partnership, compassion, and respect, with treatment tailored to each individual’s goals, needs, and pace.
