Meet Cindy
As a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, my focus is on providing care that feels personal, attentive, and genuinely supportive. With a background in inpatient psychiatry as well as labor/delivery, and postpartum care, I understand how vulnerable it can feel to seek mental health support during pivotal life moments. I believe healing begins with being truly heard, and I take time to listen carefully, understand each individual’s story, and build a foundation of trust and collaboration. I believe mental health care should be supportive, collaborative, and tailored to each person, because people do not fit into a one size fits all box. Every individual has a unique story and different needs. I use evidence based approaches to guide treatment while personalizing care so it aligns with each patient’s goals, values, and life circumstances. My hope is that every patient who walks through my door feels safe, respected, and genuinely cared for, knowing they have someone in their corner who is committed to helping them feel better.
