Meet Christine
Navigating life’s challenges, changes, and choices can be overwhelming, and seeking therapy is often a significant step for many. With over a decade of experience, I specialize in supporting individuals facing depression, anxiety, life transitions, ADHD, grief and loss, perinatal mental health, neurodiversity, relationship difficulties, and PTSD/trauma. I also provide counseling to fellow therapists, recognizing that they, too, need support just like everyone else. As a trauma-informed and client-centered therapist, I prioritize the therapeutic relationship and strive to meet clients where they are. My approach involves collaboratively developing personalized goals in a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment. My role is to empower clients to enhance their quality of life by challenging negative thoughts, self-regulating emotions, processing trauma, managing mental health symptoms, improving relationships, navigating transitions, and adjusting to unexpected events. I believe that every client deserves compassion, dignity, and respect, regardless of age, gender, race, religious or spiritual beliefs, socioeconomic status, ethnicity, or sexual orientation. I am committed to creating an LGBTQ-affirming space and have experience working with individuals from diverse cultural and spiritual backgrounds.
