Meet Charlotte
Creating a safe, compassionate space where individuals feel empowered to heal and grow is at the heart of my work. I support clients of all ages through challenges such as trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, behavioral concerns, school issues, and suicidal ideation, with a special focus on children, adolescents, and families. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor, I’ve been honored to walk alongside many on their journey toward resilience, emotional well-being, and authenticity. My approach is flexible and person-centered, drawing from evidence-based modalities like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I’m also trained in EMDR, SPARCS (Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents Responding to Chronic Stress), and the Triple P parenting program, allowing me to tailor treatment to each person’s unique experiences and goals.
