Meet Charlotte
I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor and have been helping individuals find healing and growth since 2014. I became fully licensed in 2017 and earned my supervisor credentials in 2024. I’ve worked primarily with children, adolescents, and families, though I also support clients of all ages navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, school challenges, suicidal ideation, and behavioral concerns. I’m trained in EMDR, SPARCS (Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents Responding to Chronic Stress), and the Triple P parenting program. I lean on modalities like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but tailor each treatment plan to the client’s needs. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where people feel empowered to work through challenges and grow into their most authentic, resilient selves.
