Meet Charlie
My focus is to provide compassionate, collaborative care for individuals navigating trauma, emotional abuse, and anxiety-related challenges. I work with adolescents and adults facing post-traumatic stress (PTSD), social anxiety disorder, autism spectrum disorder, and co-occurring concerns such as depression. My clinical background includes work with trauma survivors, justice-involved youth, and individuals managing complex emotional and behavioral needs, allowing me to approach care with empathy, structure, and flexibility. My approach emphasizes building trust and rapport first, creating a safe space where clients feel heard and supported. I advocate for each client’s growth by collaborating on individualized treatment plans that identify core concerns while honoring personal strengths and lived experiences. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and integrate evidence-based, trauma-informed strategies to help clients process past experiences, reduce anxiety, and build resilience for lasting emotional well-being.
