Meet Charity
I began working in the mental health field in 2022, after a foundation in medical social work that started in 2015, primarily supporting elderly populations. Over time, I felt called to shift into mental health, driven by the belief that everyone deserves the chance to experience mental clarity and achieve their goals in life. I am certified in Solution-Focused Therapy and mindfulness, and I use these approaches to help individuals build resilience, tap into their strengths, and move forward with intention. As a mother of four—with my youngest child on the autism spectrum—my personal experiences also inspire my passion for mental health and advocacy. I bring both professional insight and heartfelt empathy into the work I do every day.
