Meet Chantel
My focus is on helping individuals understand how their thoughts, behaviors, and communication patterns influence emotional well-being and relationships. I am deeply committed to creating a supportive, affirming space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I value culturally responsive care and strive to provide therapy that acknowledges each person’s lived experience while reducing stigma and fostering self-awareness. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, worry, women’s issues, and relationship challenges, as well as stress related to life transitions and change. My approach is person-centered and collaborative, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support meaningful growth. Together, we identify strengths, build effective coping strategies, and work toward change that aligns with what matters most to each client.
