I adopt an eclectic approach in my practice, emphasizing Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused methods. Building rapport and developing an authentic therapeutic alliance with clients is essential. My primary focus is to create a safe space where individuals can explore their challenges and identify solutions. I believe in collaboratively identifying triggers, setting goals and boundaries, and cultivating healthy coping skills. This allows me to work in partnership with my clients, utilizing these integrated components to provide effective support. I have a special interest in helping those who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, post-traumatic stress, and relationship challenges.
