As a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am passionate about fostering a safe, judgment-free environment where you can feel truly heard, seen, and understood. I combine this understanding with my expertise in medicine, neuroscience and trauma-informed care to create effective, personalized treatment plans. I specialize in treating adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, and bipolar disorder. I am an avid learner and seek to share my expertise with others. I have created and presented talks to state, national and international nursing audiences on PTSD, medical mimics of psychiatric disorders and on the connection between childhood trauma and adult illness. From the simplest to the most complex cases, these insights inform my care.
