Passionate about creating a safe, judgment-free space, I focus on helping patients feel heard, seen, and understood. My career began as a psychiatric staff nurse, and after earning my MSN, I have provided care across inpatient, outpatient, and partial hospitalization settings. I treat adults with depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, and bipolar disorder, using trauma-informed, personalized treatment plans that blend science and empathy. Integrating expertise in medicine, neuroscience, and mental health, I help patients regain clarity, confidence, and stability. I have presented to state and national nursing organizations on medical mimics of psychiatric disorders and the impact of childhood trauma on adult illness, bringing these insights to every clinical conversation.
