My focus is to support individuals in building resilience, healing, and overall well-being through compassionate, evidence-based care. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, psychosis, relationship challenges, and the effects of domestic violence. I believe mental health care is essential for everyone and strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to each person’s needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and strengths-based strategies to help clients better understand themselves, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful change.
