Meet Candice
Candice Hutchings is a counselor with a passion for helping individuals discover their strengths, clarify their goals, and take meaningful steps toward personal growth. She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from LeTourneau University in 2020 and has since worked across a variety of settings, including behavioral health hospitals, intensive outpatient programs, schools, and private practice. Candice chose the field of mental health care because she believes in the power of support, guidance, and encouragement in helping people reach their full potential. Her approach is collaborative and goal-oriented, empowering clients to understand themselves more deeply and move forward with confidence. Candice specializes in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and Autism. She primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), evidence-based approaches that help clients develop practical skills, reframe negative thinking, and build on their strengths. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and capable of lasting change.
