Meet Brittni
I became a therapist through a deep love of stories, especially those centered on resilience, connection, and personal transformation. I work with teenagers and adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorder recovery, and family dysfunction, and I enjoy supporting college students as they navigate stress, identity development, and career decisions. It’s a privilege to walk alongside clients as they move through healing and growth. My approach is collaborative and flexible, grounded in strong rapport and attuned to what each person needs in the moment. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and exposure and response prevention to help clients gain insight, build skills, and move forward with clarity and confidence. I incorporate a variety of evidence-based techniques into my work, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and exposure and response prevention (ERP). My goal is to help clients build insight, develop practical tools, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
