As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, my focus is to provide thoughtful, whole-person care for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders. My clinical background across multiple areas of healthcare allows me to recognize how biological, emotional, and situational factors influence mental health. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard, respected, and comfortable discussing their concerns. My approach emphasizes collaboration, education, and evidence-based care. I focus on thoughtful medication management and clear communication so patients fully understand their symptoms, treatment options, and the reasoning behind clinical decisions. Together, we work to restore emotional balance, strengthen coping skills, and build a treatment plan that supports long-term stability and overall well-being.
