I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, relationship challenges, and those seeking LGBTQ+ affirming care. My approach is integrative and evidence-based, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Gottman-informed techniques for relationship work.
