I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and addiction or substance use concerns. My therapeutic approach is flexible and integrative, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and brainspotting. I adapt these techniques to meet your unique needs rather than fitting you into a rigid framework.
