I am a licensed professional counseling passionate about helping individuals navigate cultural and social identities, especially during significant life transitions and stressful experiences. I aim to provide a safe space where individuals can process their experiences and emotions without needing to explain their multicultural background. I tailor my approach utilizing a trauma-informed and family systems approach. I am a Certified Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional (CATP) and Certified Family Trauma Professional. I can help navigate life transitions, crisis management, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflict, behavioral challenges, and process traumatic experiences. I believe that everyone is unique in their life experiences and my goal is to provide a safe and supportive space. I work with children. adolescents, college students/young adults, adults and families.
