Meet Ashleigh
As a licensed professional counselor, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges. My desire to help others began in childhood, rooted in my experience growing up in a military family. This background gave me a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and backgrounds, which I bring to my practice every day. I have gained a wealth of experience in multiple settings, including a Veterans Affairs Specialty Clinic, private practices, and a university counseling center. I specialize in working with children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families to address a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, OCD, depression, grief, trauma, chronic pain, and relationship struggles. I use a strong, integrated approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients learn coping skills, regulate emotions, and foster healthier thoughts and behaviors. I also have experience with Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma. My goal is to work collaboratively with you, offering direction and insight to help you achieve your therapeutic goals and lead a more fulfilled life.
