Meet Angela
My focus is to support individuals through healing by caring for the whole person, mind, body, and emotional well-being. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress (PTSD), and the lasting effects of childhood trauma. I provide care in both individual and group settings, tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs and goals. My approach blends evidence-based and holistic practices, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Play Therapy. I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful change and strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel understood and empowered. Through collaboration, skill-building, and compassion, I help individuals build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and move toward reaching their full potential.
