Meet Angela
My approach to behavioral health care is grounded in a deep respect for each individual’s unique life experiences, strengths, and values. I address the whole person—considering their support systems, challenges, and personal goals for treatment. I strive to create a collaborative environment, especially regarding my clients’ beliefs and perspectives on health care. I believe that education plays a vital role in healing, and I emphasize how lifestyle factors may influence mental well-being. I hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) which helps me to provide specialized support to women experiencing mental health challenges during the pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, and postpartum period. My clinical experience also includes working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, and schizophrenia.
