Meet Andrew
I am a board-certified psychiatrist and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. I previously served in the United States Army for eight years on active duty, where I had the privilege of treating service members and their families. During that time, I focused on helping individuals manage symptoms related to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and challenging life transitions. I have a passion for connecting with my patients and supporting them through turbulent periods while fostering personal growth and resilience. My approach combines supportive therapy, client-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy, along with cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. I also provide medication management as part of a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan.
