Meet Andrew
I previously served in the United States Army for eight years on active duty. During my time in the Army, I treated service members and their families, focusing on improving symptoms related to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and challenging life transitions. I have a passion for connecting with my patients and assisting them through turbulent periods in their lives while fostering personal growth and resilience. I utilize supportive therapy, client-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy with cognitive behavioral therapy components, in addition to medication management.
