I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and have been providing mental health services for 11 years in outpatient and in home settings. I see Individuals and I address Anxiety, Depression, Hyperactive Disorder (ADD / ADHD), sleep disorders. My treatment approach is collaborative. I believe in working with the patient and family to come up with the best treatment. I utilize a combination of medication management, Supportive therapy, and person-centered cognitive behavioral therapy in my approach with my patients. I use evidence-based medicine to provide a comprehensive treatment plan that is individualized to each patient.
