I utilize an integrated therapeutic approach to meet the distinct needs of each and every client I work with. I am passionate about helping individuals feel confident about themselves, supporting them in self-esteem development, while also encouraging them in the process of gaining coping skills to deal with problems in life. With my diverse set of skills, I utilize supportive therapy, CBT, Solution Focused therapy, and Positive Psychology.
