Meet Ali
I am a Physician Assistant with a compassionate, detail-oriented approach, practicing in outpatient psychiatry since 2021. My goal is to create a welcoming, open environment where patients feel comfortable speaking freely about their mental health. I work collaboratively with each individual to develop a personalized, holistic treatment plan—incorporating lifestyle changes, therapy, and, when appropriate, medication. I am dedicated to equipping patients with the tools, education, and resources they need to take an active role in managing their mental health. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola University Chicago and earned a Master of Arts in Biomedical Science from Midwestern University. I later completed my Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Dominican University. I began my career in family medicine, where I quickly recognized the profound impact mental health has on overall well-being. That experience inspired my transition into psychiatry. Today, I provide care for adults aged 18 and older, treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and mood disorders.
