I utilize a variety of techniques tailored to each individual’s unique needs, with a primary focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness. My special interests include working with individuals facing grief, depression, and social anxiety disorder. I believe that taking a step back from everyday stressors and focusing on the present moment fosters greater self-awareness and helps individuals recognize their potential.
