I am a Therapist with seven years of experience working with couples, families, adolescents, and adults. I provide therapy for a variety of concerns, including depression, bipolar disorder, self-harm, anger, anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, and addictions, with a special focus on couple and family therapy. I believe in a systemic approach where quality care arises from collaboration and open communication. I recognize that everyone is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet the diverse needs of each individual and family. My practice incorporates a range of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Experiential Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to provide flexible and effective care.
