Meet Alexandra
I am a Therapist and have been providing therapy services for 7 years in outpatient, in home and treatment settings. I see couples, families, adolescents and adults and address couple and family therapy, as well as treating depression, bipolar disorder, self-harm, anger, anxiety, low self-esteem, launch to life concerns, and addictions. I believe in a systemic approach and feel that quality care comes from collaboration and open communication. I strongly feel that everyone is unique and that different approaches are essential in working with a wide variety of people. I am well versed in techniques associated with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Experiential Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy.
