Meet Aiden
"I’m a Mental Health Specialist and certified Physician Assistant with a foundation in psychology and biomedical science. Since 2015, I’ve supported mental health care across diverse settings and populations. My journey began in undergraduate research, where I assisted with assessments and follow-up care. I trained through the Interservice Physician Assistant Program and currently serve in the National Guard, bringing a military-informed lens to my practice. Personal experiences with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia in my family deepen my empathy and strengthen my commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. I treat schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, substance use, and personality disorders through a blend of medication management, CBT, talk therapy, and supportive counseling. My approach emphasizes holistic care and interprofessional collaboration. I take pride in helping people strengthen coping skills, build healthy routines, and amplify their resilience while navigating complex mental health concerns."
