Meet Adelle
As a psychiatric physician assistant, I specialize in evaluating and treating emotional and behavioral challenges in children, adolescents, and young adults. I earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia, where I studied Medical Science through the Honors Interdisciplinary Studies program. I then completed a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at St. Louis University. My clinical focus includes the treatment of depression, anxiety, behavioral challenges, emotional dysregulation, and difficulties commonly associated with autism and ADHD. I take a comprehensive approach that integrates behavioral strategies, parent training, and non-pharmacological interventions, alongside medication management when appropriate. I bring both personal and professional experience with the foster care system and adoption, which deeply informs my work and enhances my understanding of the unique needs of children and families with complex backgrounds. Outside of work, I enjoy music, hiking, gardening, and reading. I’m a parent of four and share my home with two dogs—experiences that continue to ground me and shape how I approach care.
