I’m committed to creating a supportive, collaborative space where people feel truly heard, understood, and empowered in their healing. As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I provide care for individuals navigating anxiety, cognitive disorders, depression, insomnia, and panic attacks. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s unique story. I began my journey in mental health working across various care settings, where I gained valuable experience and a deeper passion for this work. Becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner was a natural extension of that path. It’s an honor to walk alongside individuals as they move through life’s challenges and work toward greater clarity, resilience, and well-being.
