Meet Abigail
My focus is to give clients a safe, affirming, and collaborative space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. My own healing journey inspired me to help others navigate challenges, and I work closely with each person to create a path forward that supports their unique goals. I have a special interest in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and those living with mood disorders. I draw from Reality Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), adapting my approach to meet each client’s needs. As an EMDR therapist, I use this powerful technique to promote lasting healing and growth, helping clients address root causes, build resilience, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
