Meet Abigail
Life can be tough, but you don’t have to go through it alone. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or not quite like yourself, you’ve come to the right place. Whether you're navigating challenges in your career, relationships, sports, or mental health, I’m here to support you. Since 2020, I’ve worked in private practice, inpatient hospitals, and university settings, providing care to adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I see clients as young as age 7 and have a special interest in supporting those struggling with mood disorders, ADHD, self-harm, burnout, self-esteem and confidence issues, and sports performance concerns. As a former dual-sport collegiate athlete and current rugby player, I bring a personal understanding of the unique pressures athletes face and enjoy helping clients navigate performance demands, injury recovery, and transitions both in and out of sport. I use a strengths-based, client-centered approach that normalizes mental health and empowers growth, healing, and resilience. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply trying to understand yourself better, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported. I'm glad you're here, and I look forward to walking with you on your journey.
