Meet Wendy
I am a Therapist and have been providing mental health services for 21 years in outpatient and in home settings. I see Individuals, Couples, Families and I address Anxiety, Grief, LGBTQ Identity, Post-traumatic stress, Relationship challenges. I have extensive training and experience working with trauma and am trained in EMDR. Throughout my years of therapeutic work, I have relied upon family systems, DBT, CBT, and mindfulness. My approach is collaborative; working together with the client(s) to reach their goals and toward a more fulfilling life. I greatly value and have a deep respect for the therapeutic relationship; I hold space for my clients, empathically and nonjudgmentally.
