Meet Torrie
My focus is to help individuals reconnect with their sense of purpose, peace, and self-worth. I specialize in supporting clients experiencing adjustment disorders, anxiety, stress, self-esteem challenges, and women’s issues. My approach is collaborative, authentic, and grounded in compassion. I draw from evidence-based practices including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), all within a trauma-informed and culturally responsive framework. Together, we work to uncover strengths, build coping skills, and foster resilience. I believe therapy is a shared journey, one that thrives on trust, openness, and genuine human connection. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions and embrace personal growth. Outside of the therapy room, I find joy in nature, meaningful conversations, and discovering new local spots for great food and coffee.
