Meet Sarah
My focus is to create a safe, collaborative space where individuals feel heard, validated, and empowered to move toward meaningful change. I specialize in working with clients experiencing ADHD, adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress (PTSD). With a background that includes supporting children, families, and justice-involved youth, I bring a broad perspective to understanding how life’s challenges impact emotional well-being. My therapeutic approach is rooted in patient-centered care, meeting people where they are emotionally, mentally, and situationally. I integrate evidence-based practices to help clients build coping strategies, process difficult experiences, and strengthen resilience. I believe lasting progress grows from a trusting therapeutic relationship, and I strive to provide an environment of safety, respect, and encouragement as we work together toward healing and personal growth.
