Meet Julianna
I am a Therapist and have been providing mental health services for 7 years in outpatient and in home settings. I see Individuals, Couples and I address Adjustment disorder, Anxiety, Career Transitions, Panic Attacks, Relationship challenges. I work with individuals and couples (18+ only) on life and relationship concerns. My passion is to help you through every-day concerns, such as anxiety, stress, coping and relationship dynamics. I graduated with my Masters in Counseling from Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi in 2018. I then furthered my training by specializing in couples work with a combination of theoretical approaches: Gottman, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Prepare-enrich. Although working with couples is my passion, I have a deep respect for the one-on-one work we can accomplish in individual sessions. When working with individuals, I use a client-centered and scientifically-proven CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) approach. Overall, my clients have provided feedback on my therapy style as compassionate, safe and enriching. In therapy, my purpose is to be a stable support for you while we figure out what goals meet your needs at this time in your life, and we work to accomplish those goals together, at your own pace. During our time together, we will establish a safe working relationship and create meaning through each session we hold, that will be completely tailored to fit your needs. When working with me, patients often report feeling greater life satisfaction after accomplishing their goals in therapy, and a greater sense of life direction.
