Meet Alicia
My focus is to help clients heal from anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and the impact of domestic violence by providing a safe, compassionate space for growth. I have a strong interest in trauma-focused care, particularly supporting those who have experienced childhood trauma, intimate partner violence, or sexual assault. I also work with clients facing substance use challenges and major life transitions, offering guidance that emphasizes resilience and long-term stability. My approach is eclectic and tailored to each individual, drawing from Trauma-Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based modalities. As a certified Master Addiction Counselor (MAC), I bring specialized expertise in addiction treatment while ensuring care is collaborative, empowering, and grounded in empathy. My goal is to provide clients with tools, insight, and support that help them reclaim their sense of self and move toward meaningful healing and change.
